Our Research Process and Bibliography

Updated: Aug 22

At Evolution of Stuff, our content is deeply rooted in thorough research and a passion for understanding the interconnected world we live in. This platform originated from founder Perveen Kaur’s personal journey of loss, self-discovery, and healing, which included over a decade of self-study fuelled by curiosity and a love of learning. Through this process, Perveen discovered insights into humanity, modern challenges, and the broader systems shaping our lives.

Two books, "The Power of Habit" and "The Little Book of Colour," with an open book in the center. Colorful, abstract background.
Books for Research

Our research approach ensures that the information shared in our blogs and videos is reliable and well-rounded. We explore diverse topics like human evolution, modern societal issues, and psychology by consulting a wide range of books, documentaries, courses, and more. While some facts overlap across sources, this repetition supports their validity. Below, you'll find a list of resources we've drawn upon. This bibliography will grow as we continue to learn, and we welcome your feedback and recommendations.

As Perveen began her self-study journey many years ago, there are undoubtedly sources that have been explored previously that are not in this list. They may still inform and influence the content presented here.
